Terms, license & privacy

1. Terms of sale

Seller. getglowfeed is operated by [your full name or company name], [business status and registration number, e.g. SIRET], [address]. Contact: .

Product. A subscription giving access to an online library of digital visual assets for social media (images and design templates). A new pack is added on the 1st of each month.

Prices and payment. Prices are shown in USD on the website. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.

Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are given for the remaining period.

Right of withdrawal. Access to the digital content starts immediately after payment. When you check out, you expressly agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code / EU Directive 2011/83/EU). If a file is defective or missing, we will replace it.

Changes. We may update prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice by email. Annual plans keep their price until renewal.

Governing law. These terms are governed by [French] law. Consumers may use the EU online dispute resolution platform or a consumer mediator: [name of your mediator].

2. License

While your subscription is active, you may download the assets. Each downloaded asset comes with a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use it for the number of brands your plan covers (Monthly and Annual: 1 brand; Agency: up to 10 client brands).

You may publish the assets on social media, websites, emails and paid ads; edit, crop and combine them with your own content; keep using downloaded assets after cancelling.

You may not resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the files or templates, alone or in a bundle; present a scene as a photo of your actual product or make misleading claims with it; use the assets in a logo or trademark; use them for more brands than your plan covers.

Non-exclusive. The same assets are provided to all members. Assets are created with AI tools and edited by hand. Exclusivity and copyright ownership are not guaranteed.

3. Privacy

Free sample form: your email address, used to send the sample. If you tick the optional box, we also use it to send news about new packs (legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw anytime). Stored in our database on Cloudflare (D1) and sent with Resend, our email provider.
Subscriptions: name, email, billing details and payment information, processed by Stripe for payment and invoicing (legal basis: contract and legal obligations). We never see your full card number.
Retention: sample contacts until you unsubscribe or 3 years without interaction. Customer and invoicing data as long as required by accounting law.
Your rights: access, correction, deletion, objection and portability. Email us to use them. You may also complain to your data protection authority (CNIL in France).
Cookies: this site uses no advertising or analytics cookies [update this if you add analytics].
